Productivity is the actual time the user spent on productive Apps and URLs. These Apps and URLs can be configured according to the user’s working nature

Productive Time: Total time spent on whitelisted apps i.e. apps that are marked important according to the user’s working nature
Shift Time: Office Working hours for the user – Break Time
