Rashmi Singh is the founder of the company, CEO, and lead Product Manager at DeskTrack as well as TitaPro. With a long-running career that spans nearly 30 years, Rashmi is now a pioneering software developer during the "pre-Google" period at an internationally leading company in time monitoring, employee tracking, and operational efficiency.
Her path is outlined by a single goal: helping businesses and individuals to free themselves from the responsibilities of a constantly connected world.
The Legacy of Innovation
From Barcodes to Global Logistics
Her career began in Jaipur, Rajasthan—at a time when technical challenges were solved through textbooks, not search engines. She designed an innovative retail inventory system that became one of the first barcode-based solutions in Rajasthan.
Built with a “long-haul” mindset, the system remains operational today with over one million installations, standing as a testament to durable, future-ready innovation.
Her expertise expanded into jewelry manufacturing and global stock management before transitioning into the IT services industry.
In 2010, she founded Aryavrat with a team of just two. From renting Mac Minis to building one of Rajasthan’s first iPhone applications, and expanding into the US market by 2012, Rashmi consistently transformed limited resources into technological breakthroughs.

The Genesis of DeskTrack: Solving the “Visibility Gap”
The idea for DeskTrack was born from necessity. While managing teams with cross-border connections between India and the US, Rashmi realized that traditional project management tools like Jira focused heavily on planning but lacked true transparency in execution.
“I discovered that medium and small-sized companies did not fail due to ineffective planning, but rather due to an absence of timely execution information,” Rashmi explains.
What began as a manual tracking concept evolved into an advanced, automated activity logging system. After successfully improving efficiency within her own organization, DeskTrack was launched to the public.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, DeskTrack emerged as a market leader in India—helping thousands of companies transition to remote work with a transparent, accountable, and performance-driven system.

Rashmi is not just a CEO. She is an expert in the human mind and behavior. Inspiring herself from advocates for deep work like Cal Newport and James Clear, she incorporates psychological frameworks into her software.
Discipline Over Distraction: Rashmi supports "Time Control of Expenses," an idea she adheres to, having checked her own personal data to get rid of social media-related distractions.
Operational excellence: She is an expert in finding the areas where "time leaks" occur in workflows, and automating the recording of activities at the file-level as well as at the URL level to give a complete picture of the output of teams.
The goal: To ensure technology can be used as a tool to achieve freedom, not as a digital leash.

With more than 27 years of experience in product development, from creating the first barcode system in Rajasthan to implementing AI-driven project management at TitaPro--my goal is to transform technology from being a source of distraction into a tool that can be used to achieve freedom.
The reason I built: I've seen projects fail, not due to inexperience, but rather due to an absence of visibility. I created DeskTrack to fill the "Visibility gap" for SMEs by providing real-time information that traditional tools such as Jira do not have.
As we move towards TitaPro, we integrate artificial intelligence-driven tracking of projects along with automated workflows to tackle the complex operational problems of the modern hybrid workforce.
My Philosophical Basis: Grounded in the principles of "Deep Work" and "Atomic Habits," I believe in time expenditure Control. If you aren't aware of what your time is spent on, then how can you manage it? You won't be able to control your development.

25 Years of Development: The Idea Behind TitaPro
The "Pre-Google" Foundations (1997-2009): Our story didn't begin in a Silicon Valley garage, but in the Pink City of Jaipur. Our founding member, Rashmi Singh, began her career in an age when technical issues were addressed through books, not engines.
She developed an inventory system for retail stores using the first barcode system in Rajasthan. This product continues to run even today, more than 25 years and over a million installations years later.
A look at the US Migration & The "Aha!" Moment (2012-2014)
After the establishment of a California firm in 2013, Rashmi had to face a major problem:
managing a transnational team that had no visibility.
Planning tools were ideal for the future. However, they didn't speak about the moment," says Rashmi. This snafu resulted in the first manual implementation of the software that would later become DeskTrack.
The Evolution of Visibility (2018- Present): When a client realized 70 percent of their staff lost time in digital distractions, DeskTrack transitioned from an internal tool to becoming a market leader.
In the year 2020, as the world shifted towards remote work, DeskTrack became the foundation for businesses that wanted to be transparent without micromanagement.
2026, the AI Frontier with TitaPro: Today, we're getting beyond the simple tracking. Under Rashmi's guidance, TitaPro leverages AI to anticipate bottlenecks, optimize the allocation of resources, and create an environment that is "Deep work."
