Tagger mode is visible mode and stealth mode as the name suggests is silent mode of DeskTrack. Whichever mode you prefer, you will get all the benefits. However, knowing when to use which one is essential.

When you want to monitor your employees without troubling them with controlling the software, then we recommend silent mode.
Stealth mode is also good for monitoring employees who you think are possible insider threats.
Visible mode is useful during less workload.
Tagger mode is useful for small teams.
We recommend visible mode when the project requires multiple phone calls, meetings, and other work that you don’t want to include in the billable hours.

DeskTrack provides you with 2 modes, silent and visible working to effectively monitor your employees’ productivity, focus, efficiency, and overall performance levels.

Silent mode is for tracking employees while running the software in the background. Your employees cannot pause and resume tracking in this mode.
During visible mode, the employees will be fully aware that they are being monitored and can also pause and resume tracking whenever they want.

Both silent mode and visible mode will give you the best productivity output. However, a few factors decide, when you should use tagger and when you should use stealth mode.

When you want to track your staff without distracting them, then you should use stealth mode.
We also recommend using stealth mode for monitoring employees who you think are performing suspicious activities.
